About this class
If you are new to meditation and worry that you cannot sit silently doing nothing, that’s perfectly fine, this is the class for you. Meditation is exactly the process that will help you to learn to sit peacefully, at ease with your body and develop a clear and serene mind. That is the goal not the beginning so all levels are welcome.
There are more than 300 different types of Osho meditations to choose from, and not all of them are silent! In this class you will find out about different techniques from different spiritual paths of the world and decide which techniques to try for your lifestyle and personality. You will also practice a guided technique to get the taste of meditation.
Price: These classes are donation based, $10 suggested donation. Your donations help us keep the garden beautiful.
