Please take care of your bathroom needs before coming\, there is no public bathroom in the garden. \nFor females a strong support bra is highly recommended for this specific technique. If you prefer to meditate with an eye mask on\, bring one for yourself. \nThis event is donation based. If you benefit from our meditations\, we will accept donations with gratitude. \nPlease only sign up if you are serious about coming. Only 10 spots are available\, so if you are a no-show you will rob someone else of an opportunity to meditate. Text us if your plans change\, we really don’t like no-shows (you will get the text-only phone number upon registration).
