DESCRIPTION:Date:  February 16th\, 2020  \nTime: 9am – 11am \nPrice: These classes are donation based. Your donations help us keep the garden beautiful. \nWhat to bring:  Please bring your water bottle and yoga mat.  \nWear loose comfortable clothes\, long sleeves and pants that allow you to sit comfortably on the floor; if possible avoid wearing black.  \nIf you are new to meditation and worry that you cannot sit silently doing nothing\, this class is for you. \nThere are more than 300 different types of meditations to choose from\, and not all of them are silent! In this class you will find out about all the different techniques from different spiritual paths of the world and decide which technique is suitable and working for you. You will also practice short sample techniques to get the taste of meditation. \nWe have a zero tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol. If you are found intoxicated you will be banned from our events. \nPlease do not show up without registration and an email confirmation. DO NOT LOOK FOR THE ADDRESS ON GOOGLE MAP. The garden address in google map is an approximate address\, you will get the exact venue address upon registration.
