Osho Nadabrahma Meditation is an ancient Tibetan technique of chanting which creates an energy-field of awareness within. \n“It is a mantra meditation\, and mantra is one of the most potential ways. It is very simple yet tremendously effective\, because when you chant a mantra or you chant a sound your body starts vibrating; your brain cells particularly start vibrating. If rightly done your whole brain becomes tremendously vibrant\, and the whole body also. Once the body starts vibrating and your mind is already chanting\, they both fall in a tune.” Osho \nFor instructions of this technique\, go here. \nDo not have a big meal before the meditation.  Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Please take care of your bathroom needs before coming\, there is no public bathroom in the garden. \nIf you prefer to meditate with an eye mask on\, bring one for yourself. \nPrice: These classes are donation based\, $10 suggested donation.
