Introduction to Osho Meditations

What to bring: Please bring your water bottle and yoga mat.
Wear loose comfortable clothes, long sleeves and pants that allow you to sit comfortably on the floor; if possible avoid wearing black.
If you are new to meditation and worry that you cannot sit silently doing nothing, this class is for you.
There are more than 300 different types of meditations to choose from, and not all of them are silent! In this class you will find out about all the different techniques from different spiritual paths of the world and decide which technique is suitable and working for you. You will also practice short sample techniques to get the taste of meditation.
We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol. If you are found intoxicated you will be banned from our events.
