If you are new to meditation and worry that you cannot sit silently doing nothing, this class is for you.
There are more than 300 different types of meditations to choose from, and not all of them are silent! In this class you will find out about all the different techniques from different spiritual paths of the world and decide which technique is suitable and working for you. You will also practice short sample techniques to get the taste of meditation.
This event is held outdoors and is automatically cancelled in case of rain. Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
Please carpool if possible. The meditation garden is on a residential block with limited parking.
We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol. If you are found intoxicated you will be banned from our events.
Please do not show up without registration and an email confirmation. You will get the venue address upon registration.
